Overview

A personal brand site for a Morris County realtor, organized around straight, useful information: seller guides, town-by-town profiles, and a planning page for homeowners thinking about listing.

The challenge

Most agent sites are listings feeds with a headshot. Chris's advantage is judgment and local knowledge, and the site needed to show that before a first conversation, without sounding like a sales pitch.

The approach

  1. Positioned the site around one idea: real estate decisions without the sales pitch
  2. Built a guides library (seller prep, downsizing, relocating from NYC, Chatham vs. Madison, New Jersey municipalities) and town guides for Long Valley, Chester, Mendham, Mount Olive, Roxbury and Rockaway
  3. Added a "Plan Before You List" page as a low-pressure first step for future sellers
  4. Extended the same identity into open house materials, mailers, social graphics and infographics

The outcome

A fast, owned site that works as a local reference library, and a brand system Chris uses across print and social.
